Michael has taught multiple SAFe courses for over the past four years to over 550 people + certified SAFe SPC5, AWS Cloud Architect, ICP-CAT (Coaching Agile Transitions), AHF (Agility Health Facilitator), Scrum CSP, and PMP.

During the past four years, Michael has overseen an annual Portfolio of over $100 Million, consisting of over 80 engagements with over 30 Scrum Masters. Michael contributed and led three digital transformations, five SAFe engagements and coached over 15 clients.

Rian has established performance measurement systems, operating goals, realignment initiatives, productivity improvements, and cost reduction programs that consistently improved product output, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Functional areas of management involved strategic planning, human resources, business development, marketing, product management, and finance.
